Type of employment: Full-time
The successful candidate will be the director of the registered institute and the person responsible for strategic and financial management, fulfillment of the organization's obligations and its development. It will create a suitable environment for the implementation of projects stipulated by the contract with MHMP and other partners, search for suitable partnerships and cooperation with Czech and European partners in the field of KKO.

Main Responsibilities:
● Strategic management of the organization
● Professional guarantee of fulfilling the long-term mission and goals of the organization
● Setting up processes and their regular evaluation
● Financial planning including responsibility for raising and managing third party funds (European funds, sponsors)
● Lead a team of 13 people
● Responsibility to ensure multi-source funding (whether in the form of grant applications or ancillary activities)
● Regular reporting towards the founder (MHMP)
● Communication and engagement of key partners at the level of MHMP, MMC, political representation and public administrations and the EU and others for the continuous functioning and development of the organization
● Forging cross-industry and cross-sector partnerships
● Promoting and maintaining organizational culture
● Personnel management, capacity provisioning and facilitation of team dynamics
● Representation of the organization at professional meetings, conferences and towards the media
● Fulfilment of obligations to the Administrative and Supervisory Board as defined in the charter
● Representation of organizational values (cooperation, transparency, reliability, empathy, creativity)
We require:
● Higher education, ideally in culture, management or related fields
● Proven experience in designing long-term strategic plans
● Financial management experience — assessing and approving budgets within an organisation or complex projects
● Experience in leadership or team management (preferably in the non-profit or cultural sector)
● Demonstrable knowledge of the Czech cultural environment and strategic documents related to the issue, especially Cultural Policy of Prague 2022+
● Strong organizational and leadership skills
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● English language — excellent knowledge of words and letters
● Integrity
In addition, we will appreciate:
● Knowledge of legislation and financial management of non-profit or established organizations
● Experience in the management and administration of European projects
