1. Controller of personal data

Culture and the cultural and creative industries have long since fulfilled not only a social role. The benefits of culture can be observed in economic development, the promotion of the social environment, in the development of education. Cultural activities also have a positive impact on the physical and mental health of a person, promote creativity and innovation, improve interpersonal understanding. Culture is the driver of urban development and creates a better environment for us all to live.

2. Processor of personal data

Our work is based on four pillars:

3. Text of consent

By sending a contact form from the website www.creativnipraha.eu within the meaning of Section 5 (2) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data,
as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Act”), and in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which entered into force on 25.5.2016 2018, I agree to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data provided by me by the controllers.

4.1. Name and surname,
4.2. the name of the institution/company;
4.3. E-mail address;
4.4. telephone number;
And other electronic data that the administrator automatically obtains on the basis of visits to the website, such as:

5. For what purposes personal data will be processed and stored

5.1. The above-mentioned personal data will be collected, stored and processed by the controller for the following purposes:
5.1.1. for evaluation and analysis in order to improve the quality of services;
5.1.2. for sending shares and notifications to the administrator (newsletters),
5.1.3. to carry out qualitative and quantitative investigations for the purposes of the controller (hereinafter stored in the MAPK.cz system).

6. The period for which the personal data will be stored

6.1. The controller will retain personal data for as long as strictly necessary. The controller will retain personal data for a maximum period of 5 years.

7. How personal data will be processed and stored

7.1. by machine (automated) by means of computers and computer programs;
7.2. Machined (automated) in written form.
We keep proper records of all processing activities in accordance with the relevant legislation.

8. Rights of the data subject

8.1. As a data subject, I have the right to access my personal data, have the right to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict processing. I have the right to request information about what personal data is being processed and I have the right to request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data.
8.2. Furthermore, I have the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability (i.e. the right to obtain the personal data concerning me that I have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, see Article 20 GDPR in more detail).
8.3. I have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal, if
the processing is based on Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR. This means that I do not have such a right, in particular, if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation imposed on the controller (in particular, obligations related to the LVTC).
8.4. As a data subject, I am informed that I can withdraw my consent to the provision of data by sending an e-mail to info@kreativnipraha.euinfo@kreativnipraha.eu
8.5. As a data subject, I have the right to request information about the processing of my personal data, and the controller is obliged to transmit this information to me without undue delay. The content of the information is determined by the provisions of section 12 (2) of the Act
No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended. The controller has the right to request an adequate payment for the provision of information not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.
8.6. As a data subject, I have the right to contact the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
8.7. The Controller declares that the processing does not take place with automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR.
8.8. The Controller declares that personal data are not processed for the purpose of scientific or historical research.

9. Final provisions

We strive to ensure that all those who want to attend cultural events in Prague, but also all those who want to create a cultural offer, have the opportunity. We are working on this goal together as a team.
9.2. I declare that all data provided is accurate and true and is provided voluntarily.
9.3. The Controller declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose and process it in accordance with the purpose,
to which they were gathered. The Controller declares that all personal data processed by the Controller are strictly confidential. The controller shall deal with them in accordance with both national and European Union legislation in force in the field of personal data protection.
9.4. This consent is a free and conscious expression of the will of the data subject, the content of which is the consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data.
9.5. Legislation and related methods of processing your personal data may change. If we decide to update this policy, we will post the changes on our website and notify you of the changes. We will inform you in advance in the event of a more fundamental change in this policy or in the event that we are required to do so by law. We ask that you read this policy carefully and review it regularly when you continue to communicate with us or use our website.
